Nolla is a messaging and customer relationship tool operated by Avernor Pte. Ltd., and these terms govern its use. By using Nolla, the business using it agrees to them.
The service
Nolla connects the messaging channels a business already has, currently WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger, and gives its team one inbox, contact records, automations, and reporting.
Accounts
- The business is responsible for who it gives access to, and for what they do with it.
- Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if an account is compromised.
- The person connecting a messaging channel must be entitled to act for the business that owns it.
Using it properly
The business is responsible for the messages it sends. In particular, it must not use Nolla to:
- Send messages to people who have not agreed to be contacted, where the law or the platform requires that agreement.
- Send unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
- Break the rules of the underlying platforms, including the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
The messaging platforms enforce their own rules independently of us, and can limit or suspend a business's ability to send messages. We cannot override that.
Data
A business's contacts and conversations belong to that business. We process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. The business is responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and message its customers.
Availability
We work to keep Nolla running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and parts of it depend on services we do not control, such as Meta's platforms. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
Nolla is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending it
A business may stop using Nolla at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that puts the platforms or other users at risk. On closure, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
